All the essentials are on the main living area and this house can be comfortable well into retirement years however there is a staircase up to a secret office nook. A yard with a fenced pet area has been established and it is wonderful but probably the favorite spot is the back concrete patio. In the summer with the back door open it extends the entertainment area from inside right up to the river. In the shoulder seasons it does well with a fire pit and lounge chairs.
