3 lots left with all utilities; water meter and electric are on property. Septic and gas meter will be placed installed once home is placed. Doublewide manufacture homes or larger homes are allowed. I also have 4 lots for singlewides with water. One also has a gas meter and another also has electric. Septic sysytems are not in yet.
