Sleepy Valley Mobile Home & RV Park is located in central Colorado Springs, just a few miles north of the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. We are a quiet community nestled amongst tall shady trees with views of Pikes Peak on most sites. We offer both modular home sites and RV sites. RV sites are comfy and affordable with month-to-month stays available. We are an owner occupied only mobile home park so we do not have any rentals. All 103 sites are equipped with city water, city sewer, electricity and a concrete pad for a monthly lot rent starting at $545. For short term RV'ers we offer unfenced lots and full hook-ups. The long-term RV age requirement is 2000 or newer.
