This sturdy 2006 MH comes with refrigerated central air and heat. The home is a 3 bed 1 bath and all doors are 36" in width so the home can accomodate the mobility impaired more easily. Vinyl flooring is throughout the home and is showing its age, but is still intact. Stove and refrigerator come with the home. There is a laundry space that can fit large capacity side by side appliances .
The exterior siding is white pvc clapboard and has seen better days , but is still intact, The roof is pitched and shingled, a small leak after a huge wind storm (70MPH!) developed and was repaired by replacing the shingles that departed for parts unknown. There are no issues now. This will make someone a great economical home for many more years. Currently in a park but park wants it out of here as the community is transitioning to tiny homes. Owner may consider allowing for 1 year if candidate passes background checks. However, then it has to move out of the park in 12 months, application, backgound check, and credit checks are done for anyone wanting to stay in community for 1 year only.
