Mobile Home Description

Calling all off-road riders and outdoor enthusiasts!! If you like riding your ATVs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes, and everything else, loud, dirty, and fun, this home and location might be what you are looking for. This area of Citrus County is known to many as the Tanglewood area. While not public property, the property is well-known for and often used by riders of all ages, backgrounds, and locales. If you long to ride trails out your backdoor, you can do it here. As a lifelong Citrus County resident, I can tell you from 1st hand experience, that this area is well worth looking into for your offroad fantasies. Along with boatloads of trails to ride, you can own your own steep, cliff view overlooking an old borrow pit. Not many spots in Florida have this to offer, and as I stood and took pics of it, I was captivated by the views. Where else in Citrus County can you overlook a nearly 30' dropoff, with a pond and water at the bottom of it, and massive oak trees? Most off-roaders have daily drivers outfitted for off-road access, right? Well, you will prefer to have it here too. The access road to the home is packed sand, with some decent-sized troughs in it. With heavy rains, you can guarantee there will be standing water. It typically dissipates quickly, however, and with the sand being packed, getting stuck isn't much to worry about. They say everything worth having takes a little bit of work, right? You can have the amazing location, but you are going to have to invest some time and $ to get the home dialed in. A kitchen fire caused much of the home to be torn out. The owners started to put it back but decided they'd rather sell and move on. A metal roof, new appliances, and new mechanics will make it less expensive, but still a chore. The home is a blank canvas with most of the demo completed. A new kitchen, some flooring, and bathroom upgrades will go a long way to making it a home. This description was written by a human who has been in the home and can speak intelligently about it.
