What there is to love about this house? The sky lights, the amount of space, wood burning fireplace and the location. It has lots of opportunities with a very large and open yard. Plenty of room for children to play, horses, and family pets. If someone wanted to make some extra money, this would be the perfect place to store boats and campers. The only reason for moving is to get closer to family now that they have a newborn. It’s located outside of town so the taxes are cheap. Utility bills are cheap. Small town but has a lake, a gas station/ convenience store, and a park with a baseball field. Two restaurants and a cafe that have delicious food and are ran by great family oriented people.
