Improvements include gas range 2008, gutter guards 2008, deck, 2008, 2011 new furnace and a/c (Trane) ( furnace has a maintenance contract with another servicing already paid for for 2017, and in 2013 a new water heater). Very nice and well kept for place. The taxes ( $82.50) are the mobile home privilege tax. The tax for the lot is $0.00 due to the exemptions. Ice maker in refrigerator does not work.
