Seller bought the mobile home as a VA repo that joins his property and now needs it moved away. The mobile home does have an add-on addition as well as a front porch and back deck that will have to be removed by Buyer before transporting. Outdoor package unit HVAC system will convey as well as addition, deck & porch if wanted. If not, leave on site.
