HOA includes a large clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, kitchen and bar for your larger gatherings, a fitness center, and large library. Outside are tennis courts and basketball court and walking trails throughout the community with paths and picnic tables along the Truckee river. There is a $110. GID (general improvement district) monthly fee which includes water, sewer, trash, snow removal, street repair and they even takes care of your front lawn maintenance. Everyone in Rainbow Bend is a homeowner as no rentals are allowed. There is a fire station, emergency medical, a sheriffs sub-station, and a country store within walking distance. There is a roving security and you may just encounter a wild mustang or deer.
