This 1964 Single wide, with all wood paneling, has made great weekender for alot of years. Nice location, nice property, lots of room for your boat and RV, or even a HORSE!! There is a small shed outside the back door, that makes a great place for your washer and dryer and has electric !! The Bathroom is very large, never seen such a big one for that year trailer. This place does have alot of character, and with some fixing can be a really nice get away or even a retirement home. So come and take a look.
