This is a very nice 3 bed, 2 bath double wide. It has a huge master bedroom with walk in closet with a big master bath with big jet tub. It has a huge living room / office space. The other 2 bedrooms a big in size also with a shared bathroom in between. They both have pretty big closets. Roof was replaced in 2011, AC has been completely redone along with the furnace.
