As we look at this 1991 Barrington, it's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that will come turn key ready . So all you need to do is bring your toothbrush. The roof is shingled and is 5 years old. The AC is original but has been serviced yearly and only used during the winter months. The flooring is wood laminate and is 2 years old in the living room and 4 years old in the bedrooms. As we look at the home you have a great screened in porch on the front and side of the home. We will enter from the side of the home. Your shed does have your washer and dryer in it. Let's head in.
