I was totally surprised when I viewed this property. Given the age of this mobile home I expected a piece of junk. Not this one. This place is in good shape and move in condition. Now, don't get me wrong, there is an addition that is in very rough shape and needs to be removed but the mobile home itself is ready to go. The lot with well and septic alone would be a good buy at this price.
