The mobile home is available and ready to show. I would be happy to let you look around the home any time (Fri-Sun) or anytime after 6:00 on weekdays. Please call or email a day ahead of time. The price of $20,200 does not include move and set up which is usually around $2000. The home will include a front porch, a large back porch, new stove, new refrigerator, new microwave, two pantry cabinets for the kitchen, kitchen table with 4 chairs, new ceiling fan in master bedroom. We recently put down pergo wood laminate floors in the kitchen, laundry room and main bathroom. The carpet is fairly new (2006). The HVAC system was installed in 2006 also.
