I am the executor of my Aunt's estate. Basically, I would like to get the mobile home (belonging to her and left to me) off of my hands at a best price offer. (the mobile home is paid for) It is located in a mobile home community. Were the mobile home to be sold to a potential resident/occupant where it is currently located, an application process and background check would have to be done for the management of the community. (I do have the Title for the mobile home - still in my Aunt's name) I personally feel the best option would be to remove the mobile from the community - even if sold for building/scrap material. It is elevated above ground - the base covered by metal siding. I believe the axle(s) are still attached to the base of the mobile home, but the wheels are removed. I do have photos of the exterior of the mobile home. Refrigerator is in bad condition, and would have to be replaced. Additional information can be provided by phone.
