Mobile Home Description
I have a 1994 14 x 56 Mobile Home up for sale. It has blue siding with white trim. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, and little laundry area. I bought this home from the church where I attend about 2 years ago for my kids and I but I have since gotten married and it's just too small for 5 people. The church planned on using it for the Christian School but never did. It is in good condition. All the walls have recently repainted and newer carpet put in, the carpet was donated to us from a church. It is a rust color. It has a gas furnace that does work. No appliances come with the home as I had to have them in the home I bought.
The only things I know that need to be repaired on the home is around the bottom of the home the wood siding has some a little rotting but where they had the underpinning covering it. It is only around the bottom of the home and in no way affects air getting in or out. We were going to take some 1x4s, paint them white and nail them around the bottom but just haven't gotten around to it. Also the window in the master bedroom needs to be replaced because we had a window air conditioner in that room and we just put plywood around the air conditioner to keep air from getting in. We have the window which will be included with the home it just needs to be installed. Also one of the shutters is broken at the top but this is only a cosmetic problem and can be easily fixed by replacing it. One more thing is one of the walls in the kids room was painted by some people I rented the mobile home to. They let their little girls paint the wall the way they wanted it to but I have the paint that matches the rest of the wall and if I need to I can paint that wall back myself.
I think that pretty much covers everything I can think of. If you have any questions please contact Lynn at 843-659-2403 and I will do my best to answer any questions you have. The home is worth more than the asking price I just need it gone because it is sitting right behind my doublewide that I recently bought. I have provided a link below to photobucket with pictures of the home. Since it is directly behind the doublewide the pictures of the front are about the best I can get of the outside.
