This home is currently set up in Carnes Crossing mobile home park. As far as mobile home parks go, this is one of the best in the area.

The home is located in the back where the lots are larger and it is much quieter. I've lived here for eight years and have had no problems.

The home is located right around the corner from a major Daniel Island development, Carnes Crossroads, which will include a movie theatre, Harris Teeter, a hospital, and much more.

Currently there is a Wal-Mart, Rite Aid, Lowes, Publix, and various other places just down the road.
This is an excellent central location - just minutes from North Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville, Ladson, and Hanahan - with many access points to I26.
