Great community, with excellent schools in Shelby county. Lot fee is around $315 per month and only fluctuates a few dollars based on water usage. Must fill out application to live in Park. the home is is good condition, we hate to leave, it is a wonderful area. However we bought land in the country and purchased a doublewide. Will negotiate on price.
