We bought this house about a year ago from some friends of ours, and it is in great condition. The only reason we are asking a little bit more is because most everything is staying with the house. For example, couch, recliner, TV, washer, dryer, ect. We are moving to Texas so I can work on going to med school, and we really can't take everything with us. If the buyer doesn't want all the stuff then they could always resale it and make some money on it!
