I have a 1981 skyline singlewide mobile home trailer will have to be moved it does need a little bit of work here and there but nothing major the roof does not leak no plumbing problems and no electrical problems i have replaced the kitchen and hall and bathroom floor last year and part of the living room floor this past February it does have a 18000 btu window unit but it does not come with mobile home unless you wont to buy it for 300 dollars it is only 2yrs old and works really well if interested please feel free to call but like i said this is a 1981 mobile home and does need a little bit of touching up but it will make someone a good home i have lived their for the past 10yrs until I moved out in June.
