Lake Gaston Estates is great community offering property owners a sandy swim area, picnic pavilion, and a community boat launch on Hubquarter Creek (see pictures). This off water lot is in the section that permits manufactured homes, and for added privacy, the lot is located in a cul-de-saq. Subdivision roads are paved, but this road is gravel.
