This two-bedroom park home nestled in "The Pines" section of Sun Retreats Cape Cod features a nice deck and spacious lot. The campground is seasonal, open May 1st- October 31st each year. The main bedroom is furnished with a king mattress while the other room is outfitted with bunk beds. The unit also features a spacious loft, perfect for guests or extra storage. The park home comes with an 8 X 6 storage shed as well, and is located a short walk from both our beach on Round Pond and the recreation field, with our all-ages and adults-only swimming pools, soccer, basketball and more!
