Sorry no pets. Manuf home. Any application on this property will be going thru a double application process; the first with PMSTX and the second with the land owner. PMSTX application fee is $50.00 per application. The land owners application fee is $35.00 and anyone who is applying must go to the land owners office fill out a separate application and pay their fee. Once approved by both PMSTX and the land owner; the owner will reimburse the applicant the $35.00 application fee paid to the land owner.
