Park Model

A type of mobile home that is designed for recreational use and is typically smaller than a regular mobile home. Often compared to RV trailers that are meant to be temporary accommodations while on the road, park models are designed to stay in one spot for a longer period of time. Constructed upon a single chassis and equipped with wheels, these dwellings are generally less than 400 square feet.
