Country living 5 minutes from town. Our park is located just outside the Denison city limits. We are minutes away from several grocery stores as well as other shopping. Less than 5 minutes from the new Texoma Medical Center hospital. Lake Texoma and the Red River are only about a 15 minute drive from the park. We have lots of mature pecan trees so there is plenty of shade (and pecans when they are in season) for everyone. Our lots are large averaging 45' x 85' and are well cared for by owners who live on site. All lots have 30 and 50 amp electrical service water and sewer hookups. They each have 12 x 24 concrete patios and defined parking spaces. The park is clean quiet and safe. The park was built in the 60's by Ralph and Mable Sharpe ( my Grandparents.)
