South Park Mobile Estates in Finleyville Pa has been family owned and operated since 1970. We have onsite personnel who are on call 24 hours, 7 days a week for emergencies. Our mobile home park provides public water, sewage, natural gas, phone, electric and Comcast cable to each lot. Our streets are paved, many with sidewalks. Most streets have have off street parking. Where off street is not provided, Two on street parking spots are provided to each resident.
