Chief Mobile Home Park is a manufactured home community located in Justice, Illinois. Since 1950, the same family has owned and operated Chief and management and staff specialize in the rental and sale of new and pre-owned mobile homes. The mission is to provide exceptional service and a safe, close knit community for the residents.

Fran Mills is Chief’s full-time, popular property manager who recently received a degree in Gerontology, with honors, from Moraine Valley Community College.

Fran and her staff are hands-on and proud of the fact that they know the names of all the residents as well as many of their grandchildren. They know who might be celebrating a milestone, who is ill and who needs a helping hand.

Devoted to the stability of the community, Fran and her staff fix problems immediately. They are open and uncommonly friendly. They strive to maintain Chief as a safe, quiet place to live.

Chief Mobile Home Park offers easy access to major expressways and public transportation; high quality public and private schools; and multiple dining, shopping and entertainment options. Three hospitals are near-by. Located 25 miles from downtown Chicago, Chief is a 30-minute drive to two major airports.
