Here at Meadowlark JC MHP, LLC. we have this 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home that had been recently renovated just waiting you and your family to occupy.

The master bedroom has double door closet just ready for you to unload your clothing and right there too is the master bath for you to take a nice hot shower or bath to relax!

Down the hallway is two more bedrooms with a full size family bath, so no one has to rush to get to work, play or school.

Our living room/dining room combo is a great place to hang out with the family and watch tv or read books while the kitchen is just there in the open space so everyone can participate in family time.

Have pets? We offer two pets per home in our community. There is a security deposit for pets in all our rental homes and a monthly pet rent, but never fear 1/2 the deposit is refundable upon move out time!

Do you like to exercise? Our community streets are laid out perfectly for a nice walk or job and in the back of our community we have a park with a basketball court and play equipment and we put in a nice park style charcoal grill for you to enjoy your relaxation time.

We offer a friend on site staff just ready to help you get started by taking you on a tour of this home.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every first Saturday of each new month.

We take the hard part away by walking you step by step through the process, because we know you have a busy life too.
We start you with the tour, then right into the application process. Bring in 2 months worth of proof of income
Photo ID's for everyone over the age of 18
and $25.00 in either a personal check or money order for those over the age of 18 too to save time and energy.
