This cute little home has been well cared for. The carpet in the living room and bedroom looks like new, it is a neutral Berber. The flooring in the bath and bedroom is a neutral linoleum. All of the appliances are white and include the electric range, the microwave and the refrigerator. There is a screened in porch along the west side of the house and a deck on the back of the carport. The ceiling in the living room is vaulted. There is a storage shed at the back of the carport and deck. This home comes with a washer and dryer. Very clean!
