Home is has been lived in since new. It has nice small shrubs and concrete drive, covered deck, concrete sidewalk and patio, added wood floor at entry way, and ceiling fan in master bedroom. Home is n quiet park with a five acre lake with ample fishing and more fishing seconds away at Little Dixie State Park. Pets are allowed. I will leave swing sets if wanted.
