Great single wide with an addition in the living room. Video is from when we bought it. We currently are still residing in the home until sold. We did a lot of work on this place already. There is no fireplace we ripped it out due to mold and just used the space for a deep freeze. My husband redid the whole back bathroom with a new shower/tub and walls. Office room also available next to the second bedroom. All appliances are staying. Also they have a community pool. They have 2 parks one big one small. Across the street from Higgins elementary.
