Rent To Own is available through our company. However we would require a 20-25K down payment.

- My credit score is 550 will I get accepted?

- How strict is the age policy?

The lease holder must be at least 55 years old. Any other people living in the home must be 18+ in age. If you are 54 years old I can probably get an exception for you, but otherwise the age limit must be respected

- What is your pet policy?

No dogs over 65lbs and no aggressive breeds

- Do you accept Section 8?

To the best of our knowledge, this program does not qualify for section 8 because it is rent to own, not a rental.

- Where is the home located?

The home is located in Bartonsville, PA

- Can I move the home?

No the home must remain in the park.

- Will you be my landlord?

No we are not landlords. Under the rent to own program we will take a lien on the property just like a normal bank would. That means once we sign the contract you own and are responsible for the home. Once all payments are made the lien is removed and you own the home free and clear.

- I would like to see the home, what next?
