It will be cleaned before and after your stay.In the front of the rental home is a formal dining and living area. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 comfortable sofas. Also sliding doors out to the pool area.The villa is fully air conditioned with a well equipped kitchen for those that want to self cater and the quiet location makes it a lovely place to relax after a fun filled day at one of the many attractions.The modern open plan family living design incorporates a formal lounge, family lounge and large kitchen diner with plenty of seating. There is cable TV, VCR plus a selection of films, a CD player and books for your use.Just off of the kitchen you will find the utility room which is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.As part of your villa rental you will receive full cable TV, wireless internet, local US telephone calls and all linen and towels including pool and beach towels.It is an extremely spacious villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a luxurious king size (6ft) bed, it has an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower, tub, toilet and his and hers basins.The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size (5ft) bed and the 3rd bedroom is 2 twin beds. With a queen size sofa bed in the living room this home can accommodate 8 people.In addition we have provided a full size cot / crib and a Zed Bed either of which can be used in any room.The 2nd bathroom has a bath with a shower over the bath and contains the second toilet.The villa is equipped with a digital security lock so no worries with collecting keys from a third party. So on arrival at Orlando International Airport within an hour you can be sitting by the pool.This rental is just off of the 192 within minutes of many restaurants including amongst others Dennys, Applebys, Carrabbas, The Olive Tree and TGI Fridays. There are also many takeaways and your journey back to the villa would take you past all of these giving you the opportunity to either eat on your way home or get a take away without the need to go out again. Alternatively go home have a rest and then get ready and go out for the evening, your options are endless. You are also minutes away from a large Publix, Target and Walmart for all your shopping needs.
