Enter through the back door through the foyer, into an open concept cottage with a lot of windows and a fabulous view out onto Fairlane Lake. This newly built cottage has one bedroom, accommodating 2 adults and a nook located off the living area containing a futon for 2 children or overnight guests. There is an L-shaped kitchen to the left with stove, fridge/freezer, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, glasses and other kitchen accoutrements. Water is chlorinated and UV treated, however there is a counter top water container which can be filled in Penetanguishene for drinking and cooking. The dining area is next and contains a large table and chairs for evening meals or just sitting and chatting. The dining and living room area have Bamboo flooring. Next to the dining area is the Living room, with TV, HD Antena which brings in 3 to 4 channels, DVD player with movies and a Stereo System. The dining/living room area has a wood stove and the cottage can be heated by the Hot water rad system. The bedroom has a queen size bed, with linens. (Please bring towels). There is a good size dresser for clothes and also a closet. The cottage does not have laundry facilities. As mentioned above there is also a futon for guests or children.The bathroom is finished in black and white tile and has a stall shower, soaker tub and vanity. Exit out of the living area onto a large wrap around deck, featuring a corner gazebo type sitting area.
