Dishwasher is 2-3 years old, water heater, 3-4 years old. Large master bedroom with bath, and 2nd bedroom also has bath. 3rd bedroom mattress stays as it fits into sleeping cove. Home was used for bed & breakfast for years. River rock chicken coop, horse pasture, and small barn.
